I was trying to find a way to eat goji berries, which I found to be pretty bland on their own. This goji berry smoothie recipe worked well and has all the benefits of this nutrient-rich superfood.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Step 1
Place mixed fruit, soy milk, goji berries, and honey into a blender; process until smooth.
Tips
I prefer Silk vanilla soy milk, but you can just as easily use almond milk or swap it for water and a frozen banana.
