Mincemeat Pie Filling

Mincemeat Pie Filling

Many years ago, a friend gave me this recipe for mincemeat pie filling made with simple ingredients. It’s so good that even those who don’t care for mincemeat pie will like it. This recipe makes enough to fill two 9-inch pies.
