A 15-minute pork chop marinade makes these pork chops moist and flavorful. My family loves this recipe. It is quick, easy, and makes for a tasty weekday supper. I often double the sauce to serve over rice.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 pork chops, trimmed
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Thoroughly blend oil, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Step 3
Place pork chops in a medium baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over chops.
Step 4
Bake pork chops in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Flip chop and cover with remaining sauce. Continue baking until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 30 minutes longer.
