This maple buttercream frosting is very sweet. It reminds me of maple candy.
Ingredients
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 7 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Directions
Step 1
Beat confectioners' sugar, butter, and maple syrup with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until incorporated. Continue to beat until frosting reaches desired consistency.
