Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Step 1
Combine nutmeg, ginger, allspice, fenugreek, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon in an airtight container with a lid. Close and shake to mix spices together. Store in a cool, dark place.
