This easy entree gives new meaning to the ham-n-cheese sandwich! Tastes great topped with mayonnaise and tomato slices!
Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced cooked ham
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices provolone cheese
- 5 large plain croissants
Directions
Step 1
Combine ham and pineapple in skillet. Saute over medium heat until most of the pineapple juice has cooked off. Separate mixture into 5 sections in skillet and place one slice of cheese on top of each; cook until cheese melts. Serve on top of warm croissants.
