This is an easy recipe that uses a cake mix for the crust. You can use your imagination to decorate it with your favorite fruit. The cream cheese layer and the fruit glaze make the fruit pop in your mouth. Delicious!
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Layer
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Crust
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Fruit
- ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries, or as desired
- ½ cup diced pineapple, or as desired
- ½ cup sliced fresh peaches, or as desired
Fruit Glaze
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease two 12-inch pizza pans.
Step 2
Mix cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil together in a bowl until batter is just mixed; press into the prepared pizza pans.
Step 3
Bake crust in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove crusts from oven and cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and almond extract together in a bowl until smooth; spread onto the cooled crusts.
Step 5
Arrange strawberries, pineapple, and peaches on the cream cheese layer.
Step 6
Combine white sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, water, and cornstarch together in saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until glaze is thickened, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and refrigerate glaze until cooled, about 20 minutes.
Step 7
Drizzle glaze over fruit and refrigerate pizza until chilled, at least 30 minutes.

Any variety of fruit can be used for the topping.
