Super easy, low-fat, and low-calorie crockpot chicken recipe. Great to set and forget on a busy day. You really can add just about anything to this recipe. I’ve tried everything from salsa to wine. You can use any herb in place of Italian seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- ¼ onion, chopped (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (Optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (Optional)
Directions
Step 1
Arrange chicken in a slow cooker. Pour tomatoes over chicken; add onion, Italian seasoning, and garlic.
Step 2
Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
