These juicy boneless pork chops are the moistest you will ever have! Even my three boys, ages 7 and under, eat them all up. It is so easy to make and great served with some rice, noodles, or any vegetables.
Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons jarred minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound (1 inch thick) boneless pork chops
Directions
Step 1
Mix together soy sauce, garlic, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Place pork chops into the bag and squeeze out most of the air; seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning the bag over halfway through.
Step 2
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
Step 3
Place pork chops onto a broiling pan; discard marinade.
Step 4
Cook pork chops under the preheated broiler until no longer pink in the center and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 5 minutes per side. Time will vary depending on the thickness of your chops.
