Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup baking mix
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 2
Beat together sugar, buttermilk, eggs, baking mix, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate.

Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
