  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup water, or as needed
  • ½ medium apple – peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ medium lemon, juiced

Directions

Step 1
Fill a glass with ice.

Step 2
Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add apple, banana, and lemon juice; blend to desired consistency. Pour over ice.
