This Mexican bean dip is super easy to make and very flavorful. It’s spiced up with jalape?os and deliciously cheesy. Always a hit!
Ingredients
- 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced, or more to taste
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning together in a large bowl; fold in jalape?o pepper. Spread mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and continue cooking until the cheese has melted, about 5 more minutes.
