Cut some calories the next time you make ranch by using Greek yogurt. This healthier ranch dressing version can be thrown together in 5 minutes, and, unlike bottled dressing, you know exactly what is in it. I like to add a pinch of cayenne for some kick, but I’ll leave that up to you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Combine Greek yogurt, buttermilk, parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, ground mustard, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight for best results.
