Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2
Cook pork chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat until brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer pork chops to a plate and set aside.

Step 3
Combine condensed soup, sour cream, and milk in a large bowl; mix well. Add hash browns and onion; stir to coat. Pour mixture into a 13×9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pork chops on top.

Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are cooked through and pork chops are tender, about 50 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chops should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
