These were really good for chicken burgers, which normally tend to dry out. The only change I made was to use less bread crumbs (2/3 cup instead of 1 cup) because I don’t like the spongy texture which results from too much binder. I really liked the method of mixing the onion, garlic, breadcrumbs together in the food processor. I didn’t cook as long as directed as 7 minutes per side would definitely dry these out. I topped the patties with guacamole, cheddar and bacon. Yum!

Great tasting. We loved it. I only added 3/4 of a cup of bread crumbs. It made 4 really great size chicken burgers. Will make again for sure!

I made two; only ate one. They were too dry.

Made this for my hubby and he loved them. Made exactly as shown.

Not bad but I changed a couple of things- no breadcrumbs, using shredded taco cheese, and no egg. They stayed together quite well and were nicely juicy.

I liked it and made the recipe as directed. I cooked them in a nonstick pan instead of on a grill. My only comment is they were a little salty. I?ll reduce salt next time.
