Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh okra
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup Cajun seasoning

Directions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Step 2
Roll okra in melted butter and then in Cajun seasoning. Cook okra on the preheated grill until charred, about 2 minutes per side.
