Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves
  • ½ cup cored and chopped green apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

Step 1
Place oats, coconut milk, spinach, parsley, apple, honey, lemon juice, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tip:

For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender.
