This grape salad recipe is a wonderful dessert salad that never fails to be a hit. Made the day before, the brown sugar makes the sauce taste like caramel. You can use less brown sugar, if you wish.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds seedless green grapes
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
Step 1
Wash and dry grapes.
Step 2
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated.
Step 3
Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.
