Ingredients

  • 4 (1 1/4 inch thick) pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Step 1
Gather all ingredients.

Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add pork chops and saut? for about 5 minutes per side.

Step 4
Combine milk, water, and condensed soup in a separate medium bowl.

Step 5
Arrange pork chops in a 9×13-inch baking dish; pour soup mixture over chops.

Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
