This lemon-pepper chicken dish is very easy and fast. I came up with this recipe a few years ago just by experimenting. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! It is great with a tossed salad or with potato nuggets and a vegetable.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
Season chicken on both sides with lemon-pepper seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder; transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip chicken and bake until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
