This fresh fruit salad for Easter is so easy to prepare, and it’s kid friendly too! Refrigerate any leftovers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1 Fuji apple, cored and chopped
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups lemon yogurt
Directions
Step 1
In a salad bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apples, and kiwi. Add drained pineapple, then yogurt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
