Ingredients
- 4 cups apricot halves
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup rolled oats
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Arrange apricots in a 9×12-inch baking dish and sprinkle with white sugar.
Step 3
Mix together brown sugar and flour in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly stir in rolled oats and spoon mixture over apricots.
Step 4
