?Hands down, the very best pancakes I've ever made,? according to one Cookdap community member. ?And they were delicious and super fluffy. I also added in some vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Delicious!?

?These pancakes are amazing,? says PaliLuv. ?Light, fluffy, perfect and simple to make. I doubled the recipe with no issue. I had buttermilk on hand that I needed to use, up so I substituted it for the sour milk. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla extract!!?
