Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

Directions

Step 1
Fill a mug with boiling water.

Step 2
Place fennel seeds in a tea ball and add to the boiling water. Add grated ginger and let steep for 2 minutes. Remove tea ball and serve.
