Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons creamy peanut butter (Optional)
- 2 slices apple
- 2 tablespoons granola, or more to taste
Directions
Step 1
Spread peanut butter over one side of one apple slice; top with granola. Place remaining apple slice atop the granola to finish the sandwich.
Cook’s Note:
You can make more servings out of the apple, you will just need more peanut butter and granola.
