- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting
Directions

Step 2
Mix 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.
Step 3
Combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter in a medium bowl; add to flour mixture and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour cake batter into the prepared pan.
