Easy Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2
Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add butterscotch chips and mix well.

Step 3
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 4
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the center is just set. Let stand 2 minutes.

Step 5
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
