This broccoli slaw is delicious, pretty, and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle cole slaw dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) package sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 cups pistachio nuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
In a medium bowl combine broccoli, dressing (use more or less to achieve desired creaminess), dried cranberries, pistachios, salt and pepper. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
