Ingredients
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Asian chili-garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 medium avocado, diced
- 2 lime wedges
Directions
Step 1
Whisk scallion, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Add tuna cubes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Step 2
Serve with avocado and fresh lime wedges.
Cook’s Note:
Substitute liquid aminos (such as Bragg's(R)) for the soy sauce if desired.
