Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Spread grated zucchini on the bottom of the pie shell. Pour beaten eggs over zucchini and top with Cheddar cheese.
Step 3
Bake in preheated oven until eggs are set, about 30 minutes.
