My husband and kids really liked it. My youngest has celiac and misses having good tasting wings at restaurants.

it was delicious exactly as directions were told

This was so yummy! Followed the recipe exactly except I used sage and thyme in place of poultry seasoning since I didn?t have any. I would add a pic but I ate it too fast!

Followed directions, very yummy and the hint of the brown sugar gives it a lil sweetness that is sooo good.

    Quick and easy.

    delicious

Super easy…very flavorful. Will definitely do it again. Only slight modification was that I left out brown sugar since I?m trying to reduce sugar. Still fantastic.

Great recipe ? easy to follow and pretty straight-forward. The wings turned out great and had a fabulous lunch

My criticism is of the rub used in this. I used it on leg quarters, and adjusted the cooking time. The technique worked well, but I did not care for this rub on chicken. I’ll use the technique again, but with a different rub.

Turned out great! Absolutely delicious (even when cold if you have any leftover later).
I didn’t have all the spices listed, so made some substitutions:
    – Indian masala spice instead of paprika
    – tumeric instead of mustard powder
    – pinch of sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary instead of poultry seasoning

So good! It was the first thing I made in my new fryer and they turned out perfect. Will maybe add a touch of cayenne pepper in my next batch for a little heat.

The first thing we made in the new air fryer. Made as written. Tasty rub, crispy outside & moist inside. Good one !

    Love it! Came out delicious.

    Rub was excellent

not a good flavoring, will not make again.

This is definitely a winner ! No sticky sauce stuck to your fingers. Hello I love Bar B que. Move over buffalo wild wings. My girl friend is very particular and finicky. She loved these. Yeah these were winners.

Good recipe. Maybe scale down or eliminate the poultry seasoning altogether. It (in my batch anyways) overpowered many of the other, more subtle flavors in the rub. I made mine in a Duo-Crisp Instant Pot, and the timing and temp translated well.

This recipe is so easy and simple. The coating provides a delicious outer coating that is tasty and crisp while the chicken remains moist and tender. This recipe is a keeper.

These were delicious. I was terrified I’d burnt them (I cooked them exactly as written, using legs/wings combined vs just wings) but they tasted great. Very good flavor and very juicy inside, everyone loved them.

Delicious! Dipped them in hot pepper jelly and a little butter melted

The rub on these creates a thick crust on the wings and is excellent. I bought party wings and there was enough rub to do 20 of them. I really liked how crispy these got on the outside yet the inside stayed moist and tender. I will use this recipe often. Thanks for sharing!

Easy, tasty recipe for wings. I may try reducing the salt a little bit next time. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Think I should’ve dried the wings off before throwing into seasoning. It was good but too much coating and I love a good rub. Came out cooked perfectly though. Crispy and juicy. May try wing stop copy cat next

I made these this evening for dinner and they came out fantastic! I did not have all of the ingredients for the rub, but adjusted X for Y and it was fine. I used our Emeril Legasse 360 oven air fry rack and it worked well.

Just remember to spray Pam or like on the rack before cooking the chicken!

I have never reviewed anything on here before but these wings were so amazing I felt I owed the poster. They are phenomenal. My hubby is hyper critical of food and he only likes dry rubbed wings, he doesn?t like them saucy, so I tried these and they turned out perfectly! I followed the recipe exactly except I couldn?t find sweet paprika so I used regular and the flavor was outstanding. Saving this one and will use it every time I make wings. Air fryer made it even healthier. Perfect recipe

No changes to recipe. It worked just fine.

Easy and delicious. I?ve been asked by my hubby to please make it again. Juicy, tender, flavorful, and not overly spicy nor sweet.

Fantastic! Made these with what i had, no poultry seasoning so i used Chicken broth and a tbl. of Liquid smoke and threw 12 wings in a Ziplock bag and coated them. Are AF seems to be a little hotter( a bit over cooked) so i am going to try 300 degrees next time i make them. Will no longer need to buy pre-made chicken wings again. Want them with heat? Add Cayenne (dry) or wet (hot sauce) to kick it up a heat notch! Thank you for sharing this excellent recipe!

I made this recipe pretty much as written. It may be my air fryer, but the wings were done at 25 minutes, so be aware and temp them to be sure. We did like the rub and will make them again. Might even try this rub on other meats!

Like others I rarely review but this is well deserved of a mention. I changed it to chicken thighs and used the oil to cook some aubergine, cauliflower and peppers. Delicious, so tasty, crispy skin and the lingering heat from the mustard is a great idea. I cooked these for my wife when she had a busy day and she loved them too. Thank you for this inspirational blend of flavours, so simple and so tasty. I might try it on salmon next….
