This is a delicious, dairy free hot chocolate that is easy to make and taste just like traditional dairy hot chocolate. I used coconut-almond milk mix for a coconut taste, but you could definitely use any non-dairy milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut-almond milk blend
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
Step 1
Stir coconut-almond milk blend, cocoa powder, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt together in a saucepan over medium heat; stir with a whisk to dissolve solids while the mixture heats to your desired temperature.
