Blue cheese, Buffalo sauce, and chicken make this slow cooker dip a hearty crowd pleaser. Great for tailgates and Super Bowl parties. Serve with celery sticks and corn chips.
Ingredients
- 3 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- ¾ cup Buffalo sauce
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Step 1
Mix chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, Buffalo sauce, and Cheddar cheese in a slow cooker.
Step 2
Cook over High heat, stirring occasionally, until warm and blended, about 1 hour.
Cook’s Notes:
You can use ranch dressing in place of blue cheese. For Buffalo sauce, I use Red's(R) or Frank's(R) RedHot(R).
