A quick, healthy snack to have when you need something healthy and tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
- 1 rye crispbread
- ½ medium nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Step 1
Spread creme fraiche on top of the cracker. Place nectarine slices on top cracker and drizzle with honey.
Cook’s Note:
You can use any seasonal fruit you like instead of a nectarine. I like to use Trader Joe's(R) whole grain crispbread crackers for this recipe.
