Cold Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cold Buffalo Chicken Dip

One of the best flavor combos there is… a Buffalo chicken wing dipped in blue cheese dressing, all incorporated into a tasty dip. Incredibly easy and addicting, takes 15 minutes, and served cold as opposed to the slow cooker recipes. I always have it with tortilla chips. The bacon and jalapeno are great additions, but I suggest trying the original recipe first.

  • 3 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

Directions

Step 1
Dice cooked chicken tenders. Transfer to a large bowl and add mayonnaise, sour cream, Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, bacon, green onions, and jalapeno. Stir to combine.

Cook’s Notes:

Use any chicken you want, I like the breaded chicken strips because they add a nice crunch to the dip.
