A refreshing drink during the day. Sometimes in the evening I’ll have another one but replace the coffee with gin!

Ingredients

  • ice cubes as needed
  • 1 cup tonic water
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee

Directions

Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in tonic water, then cold brew coffee.

Cook’s Note:

Seltzer water can be used in place of tonic water. Add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
