This is a very healthy smoothie that works great for breakfast. My teenagers love it! Also makes for a great lunch or snack. The strawberries can be either fresh or frozen. Ice or water may be added to achieve desired consistency.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate soy milk
- 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions
Step 1
Blend soy milk, yogurt, bananas, strawberries, flax seed, and chia seeds in a blender until smooth.
