I learned this recipe from a friend and expected it to be disgusting considering it was filled with spinach. But it’s delicious! It tastes just like a peanut-butter chocolate milkshake but it’s healthy for you as well!
Ingredients
- 3 cups packed fresh spinach
- 1 cup chocolate soy milk
- ½ banana
- 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Step 1
Blend spinach, soy milk, banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.
Cook’s Note:
If the mixture's color isn't solid green, more spinach needs to be added.
