Ingredients
- 4 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- ½ cup honey
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan.
Step 2
Combine oats, flour, butter, honey, brown sugar, baking soda, and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips until well combined. Lightly press oat mixture into the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 18 to 22 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then cut into bars. Cool completely in the pan before removing or serving bars.
