- 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into spears
- 1 ½ cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup or Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Arrange broccoli and cooked chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish or 9-inch pie plate. Stir together condensed soup and milk in a medium bowl until combined, then pour over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix together bread crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl; sprinkle on top.
Step 3
Bake casserole in the preheated oven until hot, about 25 minutes.
Tips
You can use one (10.5-ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken soup instead of Broccoli Cheese soup.
