Quick and easy Caesar dressing. My guests always ask if I will be serving Caesar salad at my dinner parties.
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons white sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Blend oil, egg, white sugar, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, and black pepper in a blender until dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours to overnight.
Cook’s Note:
You can use vegetable oil in place of olive oil, if desired.
