A nice light ranch dressing good for wraps and salads that substitutes mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup low-fat buttermilk
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Whisk Greek yogurt, buttermilk, sour cream, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, so flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
Cook’s Note:
If you are using as a spread, keep at this consistency. If you are using as a dressing, add a bit more buttermilk until it is pourable.
