I have made many smoothies in my time and this one, I honestly cannot get enough…and neither will you!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup ice cubes, or as desired
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup frozen blueberries, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Blend ice in a blender until crumbly; add yogurt, milk, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Taste smoothie and add desired amount of sugar; blend.
Cook’s Note:
For a thicker smoothie half the milk and double the yogurt.
