Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (5 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
- 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
- 4 large strawberries, thinly sliced
- 12 maraschino cherries
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
- ½ cup drained pineapple tidbits
- 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes with a spoon. Spread evenly on the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add cold milk and mix until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping, then spread pudding mixture over the cooled crust. Top evenly with remaining whipped topping.
Step 5
Decorate with sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple tidbits. Drizzle chocolate sauce over top, then sprinkle with peanuts. If serving immediately, cut into 12 slices and top each with a cherry. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cook’s Notes:
If making ahead, hold off on adding the toppings until just before serving. Or, let each guest customize their own slice!
