Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and saut? until fragrant but not brown, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they begin to release their juices, about 2 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine; cook until mushrooms are tender, about 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
