Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove core from the top of each apple, leaving a well.

Step 2
Stuff each apple with 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until sugar begins to caramelize and apples are tender, about 15 to 30 minutes depending on size of the apples.
