A baby Guinness shot that looks like a mini pint of Guinness. This is a delicious after-dinner cocktail that I learned how to make in London.

Fill a shot glass almost to the top with coffee liqueur. Top off with Irish cream; it will float on top, making the shot's ''head."

For best results, pour the Irish cream liqueur over the back of a spoon.
