Avocado Mango Salsa

Yowzers! This mango avocado salsa with habaneros is sweet, hot, and tangy. Great with pork, chicken, fish, or just chips. You can omit the habaneros and add red bell peppers for a mild version, but then again, why would you want to? Remember, always wear gloves when working with habaneros!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 mango – peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste

Directions

Step 1
Place avocado in a serving bowl and mix with lime juice. Mix in mango, onion, habanero, cilantro, and salt until evenly combined.
