I hope you people like this recipe as much as I do. It was given to me by a friend a few years ago when I asked for a dressing recipe for green salad. nThis is very smooth and fantastic-tasting. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Use within a few hours to prevent discoloration.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Whisk avocado, sour cream, milk, lemon juice, celery salt, and hot pepper sauce together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
