Ingredients
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 gallon apple juice
- 1 ½ cups white sugar, or to taste
- 6 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
- 1 (1 liter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear?)
Directions
Step 1
Place apple cider, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon sticks into a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature, then stir in grain alcohol.
Step 2
Pour into sterilized quart-sized canning jars; seal with clean lids and rings and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tips
You can store this in the refrigerator for at least 6 months.
